In April 1999, while Robert Sarmast was working on a “Divine Legacy” project, a scholarly exploration of the human mythologies and art related to the bestowal of Adam and Eve, he gave a presentation in Boulder, CO. Lecture notes and images.
Introduction
Research by renowned geneticist Bruce Lahn on the microcephalin gene (responsible for brain growth) has numerous parallels The Urantia Book‘s recounting of Adam and Eve’s genetic contribution. Additional genetic and linguistic studies also provide support. See UBtheNEWS Adam and Eve Report. See UBtheNEWS Adam and Eve video. See Evolving Souls “The Urantia Book’s Planetary History: A Credibility Check” presented by Halbert Katzen video.
An “Evolutionary Revelation” conference was hosted by Byron Belitsos in June 2014. This presentation by Halbert Katzen addresses issues related to the Urantia revelation’s progressive acceptance as this relates to how new discoveries and scientific advances increasingly support history in The Urantia Book. A review of the Adam and Eve Report is part of this presentation.
p1: Kary Mullis is famous as a Nobel Prize-winning biochemist for his improvement of the polymerase chain reaction (PCR) technique and somewhat infamous for his highly unpopular and outspoken views on subjects outside of his field of expertise. On his website, he recommends books, including “The Urantia Book ostensibly by Extraterrestrials.” His Urantia Book-link goes to a page on his website that lists a few articles from Nature and Science to support a few statements in The Urantia Book that were not supported by science in 1955. “Those guys really rocked!”
Why do we say great musicians rocked?
Apparently, it started with the Adamites, who’s legendary history of guitar playing was preserved in ancient rock carvings.

p12: Egypt A research paper titled “Ancient Egyptian mummy genomes suggest an increase of Sub-Saharan African ancestry in post-Roman periods” was published by Nature Communications in 2017. From the abstract: “The samples recovered from Middle Egypt span around 1,300 years of ancient Egyptian history from the New Kingdom to the Roman Period. Our analyses reveal that ancient Egyptians shared more ancestry with Near Easterners than present-day Egyptians, who received additional sub-Saharan admixture in more recent times. This analysis establishes ancient Egyptian mummies as a genetic source to study ancient human history and offers the perspective of deciphering Egypt’s past at a genome-wide level.”
