This page is not an effort to list all that is out there, only the best of it. Let me know if you think something should be added and why.

Search engines

Search engines and their related interfaces are challenging technological achievements. Why duplicate the excellent engines already available, when I could be doing my own work. That’s my attitude towards search engines at this point.

Urantia Book Fellowship: I usually use the Urantia Book Fellowship’s “old” search engine because I love the two column format and the functionality of the search engine tends to be sufficiently robust for my purposes. The Fellowship added a new website search engine that allows you to search either just the Fellowship’s site or over multiple Urantia Book websites. Great feature, except UBannotated is not on their list. I invite you to aspire to be a living prophet and offer them the encouragement they need in this area.

(90:2.9) Ever and anon, true prophets and teachers arose to denounce and expose shamanism. … And they will ever continue to appear to challenge the shamans or priests of any age who oppose general education and attempt to thwart scientific progress.

Rene Ertzinger: An artisan and master website designer, Rene built a beautiful search engine site–UBook4u.com. It features a wider range of functionality, including the ability to exclude words from a search. For some topics, this can help narrow the field considerably.

Tigran Aivazian: Combining a search engine, translations, and annotations, this 6-column format allows for 4 side-by-side translations, plus a column for searches, and one for study notes. This is an especially robust search engine. See comparison chart.

Translations

Tigran Aivazian: Combining translations with annotations, this 6-column format allows for 4 side-by-side translations, plus a column for searches, and one for study notes. At last count, it had 18 translations, plus multiple versions of some languages.

Urantia Foundation: At the top of the page, two rows of language buttons provide easy access to the translation efforts. Urantia Foundation’s website is the best website for accessing the widest range of translations.

Urantia Book Fellowship: The 2-column format provides the technological foundation for studiously reading a translation. It is easy on the eyes and also provides special features for downloading.
