If you are unfamiliar with the history of humanity presented in The Urantia Book, you may want to start by reviewing Genetic Introductions, Mutations, and Evolution: a Urantia Book perspective.
The short version is that the human genetic mutation occurred 1,000,000 years ago, which is termed Andonite. The mutation did not produce sufficient intelligence for civilization to develop. Another mutation occurred 500,000 years ago near Afghanistan, giving rise to six colored races. To greater and lesser degrees, all of these races possessed sufficient intelligence for the development of civilization. Genetic develops occurred around 200,000 years ago and 37,000 years ago that do not summarize easily. But suffice it to say, these relate to the Nodites and Adamites, respectively. The mix of Nodite and Adamite is termed Andite. Nodites relates to our poorly preserved records of the Nephilim, who, during the times of Adam, had a cultural center known as the Land of Nod.

The statistics for the chart correlating IQ with the hair color of white men and women came from a 1979 National Longitudinal Survey of Youth, developed for placing military personnel and tracking job training programs. This analysis of the data by Jay Zagorsky came out of Ohio State University in 2016. The Conversation published an article on the Zagorsky research that some people may prefer reading instead or also.
A DailyMail article from 2007 reports:
“Joanna Rowe, professor emeritus at the University of Louisville in Kentucky, who conducted the tests, said the results suggested a hitherto unexplored link between eye colour and academic achievement.”
“In reaction time trials conducted by U.S. scientists, the brown-eyed performed better, making them more likely to succeed at activities such as football, hockey and rugby.
“But the researchers concluded that those with lighter eyes appeared to be better strategic thinkers.
“Blue-eyed boys and girls proved to be more successful in activities that required them to plan and structure their time, such as golf, cross-country running – and studying for exams.”
From wiki: “A 2002 study found that the prevalence of blue eye color among Caucasians in the United States to be 33.8 percent for those born from 1936 through 1951 compared with 57.4 percent for those born from 1899 through 1905. As of 2006, one out of every six people, or 16.6% of the total population, and 22.3% of the white population, has blue eyes. Blue eyes are continuing to become less common among American children.”
